Carolann A. Young

Mrs. Young has been practicing law since 1982 in Somerset County.  She has been a Private Defense Attorney, an Assistant District Attorney for the County of Somerset for 32 years and is now in full time private practice.

Scott A. Walker

Mr. Walker has been practicing law since 2005 in Somerset County.  He has served as Solicitor and as Court-appointed counsel for Children & Youth Services in Somerset and Bedford County, as well as Court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem. He has served the Borough of Somerset as a member of Borough Council and Mayor. He is a member of the Boy Scout Council Board of Review for Eagle Scout projects, and is a member of the Tableland Board of Directors.

Alexander C. Boose

Mr. Boose has been practicing law since 2018 in Somerset County.  He currently serves as Solicitor for the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office, Somerset County Tax Claim Bureau, Somerset County Assessment Office, and numerous other county offices.
